Pairing passion with over 20 years of event management experience Jo delivers everything from regional arts and music festivals to community engagement projects and conferences that are considered, inclusive and exciting.
Jo is also available to support NFP’s with the delivery of their events through a consultancy service tailored to their needs and budget.

Hi, I’m Jo O’Dea. I’m a passionate and experienced arts and events manager providing a range of services across event management, community engagement, marketing, and branding projects.
My services range from planning and budgeting, sourcing government and community funding, to hiring talent and entertainment. I am also always there on the day to make sure your event goes off without a hitch.
My event management services are comprehensive and cover everything from arts and community event organisation, community engagement projects, cultural events, sports events, gala and corporate events, and one-of-a-kind special occasions.
Event management experience
Jo O’Dea has over 20 years of event management experience including regional arts and music festivals, community projects and conferences.
While employed as the marketing manager at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre Jo discovered she had a knack for communication and organisation. Through producing local shows at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre she was inspired to take on the challenge of event management and the journey began.
Starting small with what was then a unique outdoor long table, her portfolio has grown to hundreds of events and projects spanning the state of Western Australia. Today, Jo O’Dea manages events throughout the south-west that are each unique, inclusive and exciting for all involved and in attendance.

Jo works with a team of highly professional and skilled people and suppliers to ensure maximum effort with minimum fuss. Working with music festivals, wine associations, theatre groups, a film festival, a multicultural group and more, Jo has honed her skills to tailor to her clients. Above all Jo aims to deliver world-class events with innovation, skill, experience, colour and genuine passion.
